  • Section B: Completing Purchases
  • Prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes.
  • A purchase is considered complete upon receiving an order confirmation with a reference number.
  • The company reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice; changes do not apply to previously confirmed orders.
  • If a product is out of stock after order confirmation, immediate notification and a full refund will be issued.
  • Section C: Shipping & Delivery
  • Orders are delivered within 5 business days from order confirmation and payment.
  • Shipping costs cover the official delivery address within Egypt only.
  • Commodo Egypt is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.
  • Section D: Legal Liability

Commodo Egypt products are provided "as is" per the specifications published on the platform. The company bears no liability for indirect damages arising from use of products contrary to instructions or for unintended purposes.

Commodo Egypt reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Amendments are published on the website, and continued use of the website following publication constitutes implicit acceptance of the updated terms.

Intellectual Property Rights

All visual identity elements and digital content of Commodo Egypt are the exclusive intellectual property of the company, registered and protected under Egyptian Law and Intellectual Property Protection Law No. 82 of 2002 and its amendments.

  • Section A: Protected Elements
  • Trade name, logo, and all visual identity components.
  • Original product designs, exclusive patterns and prints.
  • Digital content: texts, images, videos, and designs published on official platforms.
  • Marketing campaign names and creative slogans associated with the brand.
  • Section B: Prohibited Uses

The following are strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Commodo Egypt:

  • Copying, modifying, or redistributing any brand content.
  • Using the logo or trade name in any commercial or promotional context.
  • Selling, manufacturing, or distributing counterfeit products bearing Commodo Egypt's logo or registered designs.
  • Using any visual identity elements on social media or external advertising.
  • Section C: Permitted Uses
  • Sharing brand content for personal non-commercial use with explicit source attribution.
  • Using approved product media for editorial journalistic purposes with source attribution.
  • Documented written partnerships defining the authorized scope of use.
  • Section D: Violations & Legal Recourse

Commodo Egypt reserves the full right to pursue legal action against any intellectual property infringement, including civil compensation claims and referral of violators to the relevant criminal authorities under Articles 132 et seq. of Intellectual Property Law No. 82 of 2002.
