Return & Exchange Policy
Commodo Egypt strives to ensure complete customer satisfaction. This policy defines the terms and procedures for return and exchange requests on all products sold through our online store.
- Section A: Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers have the right to fully inspect their order in the presence of the delivery courier and verify that the product matches the order in terms of type, color, and size. If any discrepancy or visible defect is found, the customer may refuse delivery immediately.
- It is advised to fully open the package before signing for receipt.
- If delivery is refused, the customer bears only the shipping cost, not the product value.
- No claims for visible defects will be accepted after signing, unless a reservation was noted on the delivery receipt.
- Section B: Return & Exchange Conditions
Returns or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
- Request submitted within 5 business days of receiving the order.
- Product must be in its original condition — unused, unwashed, and unscented.
- Original packaging, tags, and labels must be fully intact.
- Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.
- Discounted items are not eligible for return unless a documented manufacturing defect exists.

- Contact customer service via email or social media.
- Send clear photos of the product showing the reason for the request.
- Obtain written approval from our team before returning the item.
- Ship the product to our registered address; the customer bears shipping costs for exchanges not caused by a defect.
- Section D: Excluded Products
- Swimwear and burkinis after hygiene seals are removed.
- Products showing signs of use or washing.
- Special offers and limited-quantity items marked "No Returns or Exchanges."
